When I first saw NO HANDS Massage I was deeply touched by the power, the focus on client care, and the way music is used as part of the treatment.

I qualified as a NO HANDS Practitioner in 2004 and in June 2006 I qualified as a NO HANDS Master Practitioner.

NO HANDS Massage is the most powerful therapy I know, thanks to the combination of healing touch and empowering language.  Every treatment and every client is different and I love the variety of my work.

I have regular NO HANDS Massage treatments myself and I am a member of the NO HANDS Training team, teaching this 'Gentle Giant' approach to Massage, to therapists all over the UK.

I originally came to NO HANDS  Massage having been injured practicing traditional Swedish Massage, but have found it as an approach to be about so much more than just injury prevention!

From the first course I attended, I was struck by the power of NO HANDS and loved the client-centric focus of it.

I have now been practicing NO HANDS for 5 years and intend to continue doing so for many years to come.

I first saw NO HANDS Massage around the Millennium when I filmed the founder, Gerry Pyves, giving a treatment. I was impressed by the flow of the Massage, the gentle falling of full body weight onto the client, and the way it looked as relaxing to give as to receive.
I began receiving monthly NO HANDS Massage in 2008, and experienced the power and depth of NO HANDS Massage firsthand as a client.

When I attended my Transforming Touch NO HANDS Massage training, the way we were being trained to move was exhilarating for me; it felt like ‘coming home’.  I have practiced the Chinese Internal Martial Arts of Tai Chi and Bagua for years – I love those arts because of the integrated body movements, but had misgivings about using the power of integrated movement to hurt another, even in self-defence. NO HANDS Massage uses the same principles of integrated body movement for powerful, pleasant and healing touch.  My elation at finding NO HANDS Massage is because I can use all those years of body training in integrated movement to benefit people.
I am continuing my training in NO HANDS Massage throughout the year.

"I qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2004 after a 10yr career as an International cyclist, culminating in a Bronze medal at the Sydney 2000 Olympics.  As a sportsperson, I always felt there was no Massage to match the deep tissue massage I had always experienced.....but then I discovered NO HANDS Massage.  Within the first hour of the first Transforming Touch course I attended I knew instinctively this was a Massage journey I just had to follow and explore.  I booked a NO HANDS Massage the following week to 'feel' it for myself and have continued to have monthly Massage since.

NO HANDS has the potential to be truly transformational for every client who has a treatment. The strokes are so wonderfully gentle and flowing and yet both powerful and nurturing at the same time. I love the way the clients' words are the ONLY reality and that they are encouraged to focus totally on the touch....to 'breathe' and 'feel' and 'go within' in an environment which is totally safe and supportive.

I have had many many Massages as a cyclist and therapist but NO HANDS is by far the most powerful, relaxing, releasing and energising treatment I have ever had".
